WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT?

Payment information will be used to charge your room and any extras which you may have had, during your stay. This will include food and drink but not limited to. It may also be used in connection with a cancellation and any charges that may be due. You should refer to our cancellation policy which can be found on your booking confirmation. Your personal and card details are subjected to a 128bit encryption. Only users within our business shall be able to access this using a two-part authorisation and security code. One your card has been charged, payment records are deleted and cannot be accessed by us.

For the purpose of reconfirmation and for your convenience, we may also send reminders of booking by SMS.

MARKETING

With your permission we would like to send you information about our products and services, together with details of news and promotions that we think will be of interest to you. We may use your data to contact you by email, telephone, text message and by direct mail. You may opt out at any time.

If you no longer wish to be contacted for marketing purposes, please email info@thefalconathatton.com ensuring that the subject heading is for the attention of the Data Officer. You can opt out of our email communications by clicking the unsubscribe link at the footer of any email you receive from us.
